Paul, speaking of the story of Exodus, says “These things happened to them as examples and were written for our instruction...” (1 Corinthians 10:11). God has revealed himself in both words and in deeds. He writes His story for us in the pen of History. To understand God’s self-disclosure through Sacred Scripture is essential to understanding the faith. This course will give an overview of the big picture of what God has revealed to us through Salvation History. This course will be taught at the graduate level. Expect to devote approximately 1-2 hours per week of work in addition to lectures in order to engage this course in the fullest.
One additional perk that you will receive for enrolling in this course is that if you or your group has any questions related to the course material then I will respond to your questions each week. This will be delivered by a short video added each week in addition to the main lectures. I'm looking forward to your questions!
